Adding the USB Root Hub

Double click "My Computer".

Double click "Control Panel".

Double click on "Add New Hardware.

Click "Next"

Select the "No" option then click next.

Go to the bottom of the list and click on "Universal Bus Controllers" then click "Next".

First click on the item that is selected in the left window and then click on the item that is selected in the right window and then click "Next".

Click "Next".

Click "Finish".

All Done Now! :)
